Return Policy


                  30 days money back or item exchange


Most items bought at can be returned for quality issue within 30 days of  receiving them. During this period, if you are not 100% satisfied with the

item, you may  return it  for exchange (excluding shipping charges). If your return is a  result of our error we will also refund your shipping charge.When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had it, and how the item was purchased.

The process to return an ordered items is as follows:

• Email to apply.

• Provide clear pictures of the item, label of logistics and write a brief reason for why the product is being returned.

• We will solve the refund issue within 2 business days.

3.Customized orders can not be returned when they function properly. Customized Orders mean the manufacturing according to client’s detailed requirement.

Return of working products after 30-days and within warranty period

    After 30 days from delivery, Infiberone does not generally accept returns of other than for products known to have failed. That being said, we understand that occasionally circumstances change resulting in a customer having purchased products they no longer require. Requests for return for refund in such situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In all accepted request, the shipping charges is not included in this refund.

Return for repair/replacement within warranty period

      Infiberone offers limited warranty for most of our products from the date of delivery. If a part appears not to function properly, customers must return the part with a 'test report' showing it does not function or contact Infiberone sales and discuss the issue.

In all return scenarios, all returned products must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned by

Infiberone first. The following apply the RMA process:

1.The RMA number(s) must be prominently displayed on the outside of the box.

2. Package and Delivery
(1) Returned products have to be packed properly to avoid damage during delivery.
(2) A copy of RMA request form must be deliveried along with the RMA products.

3. Product Check on Arrival
(1) Infiberone 's RMA OP personnel will check your product within eight hours of its arrival.
(2) If the product arrives undamaged and conforms to the conditions described on the "RMA request form," it will be transferred to Infiberone's RE engineers for repair.
(3) If the product is damaged or there is some inconsistency with the "RMA request form" description, Infiberone will contact and confirm the status with the customer before proceeding.

4. Repair

(1) The repair engineer will repair the defect as described by the customer. The product will also be tested to ensure it is in proper working order.
(2) If no additional problems are detected, Infiberone will notify the customer.

5. Charge
(1) Use Infiberone`s carrier A/C to send RMA product to Infiberone,Use customer`s carrier A/C to send back the replacement or repaired  products,or customer pay the shipping charge.
 (2) The customer will be charged for repairs if:
ORMA terms apply
IRMA or DOA terms apply, but it is determined by Infiberone's repair engineer that the defect was caused by abuse, misuse or unauthorized repair.

(3) Repair engineers will provide a repair report for RMA products that will be charged.

6. Package and Shipping
(1) RMA OP personnel will properly pack the repaired RMA product along with a repair report and the copy of RMA request form.
(2) The customer will receive email notification of the request form.
